PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily control the position and attitude of an article by lowering the lowering route of the article in a moving route along a roughly vertical direction by using a simply formed link mechanism. SOLUTION: In this conveyance facility lifting a vehicle body M held on a support member 4 by vertically swinging a swing type link mechanism 3 on and from a conveyance vehicle 1, the swing type link mechanism 3 comprises a first arm 13 having a fixed end vertically movably fitted to the conveyance vehicle 1 through a horizontal pivot shaft 12, a second arm 14 having a fixed end rotatably supported on the loose end of the first arm 13 and a support member 4 fitted to the loose end, and a third arm 15 rotatably connected to a specified position between the conveyance vehicle 1 and the second arm 14. The moving route Ld of the support member 4 is positioned along the roughly vertical direction by rotating the second arm 14 in the opposite direction of the first arm 13 relative to the rotation of the first arm 13.
