PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance support force when a seat in the usage state receives a load from the particularly rear side and to suppress strength for restricting turning of a front side leg and a rear side leg. SOLUTION: A seat cushion 10 is supported to a floor F side by the front side leg 30 and the rear side leg 50, and the storage type seat is switched to the usage state or the storage state by turning the front side leg 30 and the rear side leg 50 retained to approximately parallel. In the usage state of the seat, a gap of the support part at the floor F side is set larger than the gap of the support part at the seat cushion 10 side at the front side leg 30 and the rear side leg 50.
