PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a accident diagnosis device enhancing maintenance handling and capable of easily carrying out investigation of cause of the accident. SOLUTION: The accident diagnosis device is mounted on a vehicle and can be connected to ECU 13 provided with a memory 13m capable of memorizing the present diagnosis code and the past diagnosis code. The device is provided with a display screen 31 for displaying the diagnosis state; and a simultaneous display means 22 for calling out the present diagnosis code and the past diagnosis code memorized in the memory 13m and simultaneously displaying both present diagnosis code and past diagnosis code on the display screen 31.
