PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage truck and a method for manufacturing an engagement plate applicable to it capable of simplifying a mounting work, shortening a working time and reducing manufacturing cost of the storage truck. SOLUTION: The storage truck 1 capable of storing a plurality of folding tools 80 is provided with a base frame 2 forming an outer shape of the storage truck 1; and a engagement plate 3 mounted to the base frame 2 and engaging the folding tools 80. The engagement plate 3 has a plurality of openings 16 bored in a longitudinal direction of the engagement plate 3 with constant gaps. Both ends 17 in a short-hand direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the engagement plate 3 are inwardly bent so as to include both end parts 30 in the short-hand direction of the respective openings 16. Thereby, the folding tools 80 is engaged by both end parts 30 of the respective openings 16.
