PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To delay deterioration of an elastic element due to thermal influence. SOLUTION: In this structure, front and rear receiving faces 41a of an elastic element 31 are supported by respective elastic element holding members 33 mounted to a drive mounting part 37 on a drive coupling 27 side, and a driven mounting part 39 on a driven coupling side, and a power is transmitted from the drive coupling 27 side toward the driven coupling 29 via the elastic element 31. An approximately radial through-hole 49, through which air passes from an inner periphery to an outer periphery, is provided to the elastic element holding member 33, and cooling air flows through the through-hole 49 and cools the elastic element 31.
