The present invention relates to a head mounted display. The head mounting display for reproducing image contents, includes a memory slot, provided at an outside of the head mounting display, in which an image string medium is detachably mounted, an external interface provide at the outside of the head mounting display to receive the image contents from an external image providing device into the image storing medium, a manipulation key section, provided at the upper right and left sides of the head mounting display, for controlling the audio/video outputs, a fixing device for fixing the head mounting display on a user's ears wearing the head mounting display, and a battery inserting section formed at the end of the fixing device so that a battery can be attached through the battery inserting section, the respective components being integrated with the head mounting display.
