PURPOSE: A glass plate showing up a cubic pattern is provided, which can form the cubic pattern freely regardless of size and shape and shows the cubic pattern clearly by a paint layer and keeps endurance. And a process for producing the glass plate is provided also. CONSTITUTION: The glass plate showing up the cubic pattern is produced by the process comprising the steps of: mounting a cubic pattern mold in a furnace equipped with a heater; placing the glass plate(1) on the cubic pattern mold; heating the glass plate(1) to 700-800deg.C by the heater to form the cubic pattern(2) on one side of the glass plate(1), cooling naturally, detaching, and cleaning by air; painting the cubic pattern(2) to form the paint layer(3) and drying, wherein the paint is a monoliquid or biliquid type paint and is a urethane or epoxy paint.
