PURPOSE: A device for indexing a battery cell charged state is provided to mount another multicolor LED on a battery protection circuit, and to display a charged state according to color changes, so that a user can easily perceive the charged state without mounting a battery on a terminal or a charger. CONSTITUTION: A battery cell(210) supplies a power to a terminal. A battery protector(220) senses a charged state through the power applied from the battery cell(210), and outputs the sensed result as an index signal. An index unit(230) receives the index signal, and displays the charged state in plural colors. The index unit(230) includes a 3-color LED for displaying the charged state in different colors. The index unit(230) includes an LED lens for increasing visibility of the 3-color LED.
