FIELD: equipment for making elongated-axis large-size forgings by hot forging process. ^ SUBSTANCE: line includes mounted according to manufacturing process: induction heater; forging rolls with manipulator, hot forging press, conveyer with carriage having supporting units for placing forged blanks, receiving-transferring apparatus, trimming and calibrating presses. Conveyer is arranged between forging rolls and hot forging press in such a way that its one end is arranged under forging rolls and its other end is arranged in die space of press. Receiving-transferring apparatus includes carriage with supporting units for placing forged blanks and roller guides. Carriage is coupled with leverage mechanism of drive unit. The last includes power cylinders, system of rocking levers and plate with grooves-paths for placing roller guides of carriage. Supporting units of carriage may perform plane-parallel motion in vertical plane relative to supporting units of carriage. Supporting units of carriage may perform plane-parallel motion in vertical plane relative to bearing assemblies of conveyer carriage for loading blanks onto said supporting units. ^ EFFECT: reduced surface area for mounting automatic line in shop, enhanced efficiency of line due to less duration of manufacturing cycle. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
