FIELD: continuous extrusion of copper pipeline. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes rotating wheel having large number of peripheral grooves combined with supports mounted on upper part of die. Surface area of cross section of each respective outlet opening exceeds by 2 - 5 times surface area of cross section of grooves communicated with it. Each outlet opening is open to duct that is smoothly enlarged and communicated with inner cavity of extrusion chamber in which annular extrusion die is arranged. Extrusion process is realized at temperature near 750°C. Apparatus allows to extrude continuous seamless copper tube whose mass exceeds 500 kg. ^ EFFECT: possibility for making continuous thin-wall copper tube of large mass. ^ 6 cl, 2 dwg
