FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has clamps and wires connected to adjustable telescopic screw coupling members and upright positioned between the telescopic screw couplings. The screw couplings are interconnected from the other side via ball heads with split belt of adjustable length for fastening to plaster bandage. The clamps are mounted in the casing one in front of the other one allowing rotation in making adjustment with support screw placed at clamp juncture. The upright is rigidly fixed with one end on the split belt of adjustable length and with the other one on the casing in adjustable way. ^ EFFECT: high quality of bone fragments reposition; simplified design; high reliability; accelerated assemblage and setting; reduced risk of traumatic complications. ^ 5 dwg |
