<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk recording device in which optimum write strategies are respectively set for various optical disks, under various conditions by employing a simple method, and to provide an adjustment method for the write strategies in the optical disk recording device. <P>SOLUTION: In the optical disk recording device, an optimum write strategy is set by providing a storage means which stores a prescribed write strategy, a space length measuring means which measures the lengths of the space sections formed on the front and the back of a mark section, recorded with the prescribed write strategy and a static parameter correcting means which computes a correction value from the measured space length and a reference space length and corrects recording parameters (static parameters), that are determined only by the recorded mark length in relation to the prescribed write strategy by the computed correction value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
