ELECTRIC WIRE FORMED OF TWISTED WIRE, COIL USING IT, NOISE FILTER DEVICE HAVING IT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF TWISTED WIRE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply manufacture a common mode coil adaptable to a large current at a low cost.

SOLUTION: A rotation shaft 70 is rotated by rotating a driving pulley 76 of an electric motor 74 in the direction of an arrow B after adjusting the distance between pins 68, 68 to a desired length. A copper wire 60 such as a UEW is wound around a rod-like winding bobbin 64 by the rotation to manufacture predetermined lines of ring-like conductors 66. A twisted wire is manufactured by removing the ring-like conductors 66 from the winding bobbin 64 and by rotating one end thereof with both ends pulled. This common mode coil adaptable to a large current can be manufactured by winding the twisted wire around a toroidal coil or the like.
