摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor temperature adjusting structure of a building capable of effectively using geotherm. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of heat exchange tanks 18 filled with water W are buried in the depth of about underground 2 m of the building, and are connected by a connecting pipe 19 so that the water W in the respective heat exchange tanks 18 flows in one direction to the final water outlet 21 from the first water inlet 20 to the heat exchange tanks 18. Both end parts 22a and 22b of a wall surface circulating pipe 22 are respectively connected to the first water inlet 20 and the final water outlet 21 to the heat exchange tanks 18. The wall surface circulating pipe 22 is meanderingly embedded in an outer wall surface 3 of the building.
