PRINT SYSTEM, PRINT REQUESTING TERMINAL, PROGRAM FOR GENERATING ENCODING TABLE, AND PRINT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print system suitable for reducing print time.

SOLUTION: A client device 100 obtains document data being edited while an application 12 is being edited; creates evaluation print data based on the document data obtained; creates an encoding table 400 based on the evaluation print data generated; compresses the print data while referring to the encoding table 400 generated; and sends the compressed print data to a printer 200 together with a print request. Creation of the evaluation print data and the encoding table 400 starts while the application 12 is being edited. If receiving the compressed print data together with the print request, the printer 200 extends the compressed print data received and prints based on the print data extended.
