STRAIN PRODUCING HETEROGENOUS PROTEIN IN HIGH PRODUCTIVITY IN YEAST AND GENE PARTICIPATED IN HIGH PRODUCTIVITY OF HETEROGENEOUS PROTEIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce a heterogenous protein into gene variant collection of yeast, cyclopaedically search genes involving high production of the heterogenous protein, modify these genes and produce the heterogenous protein in high productivity in order to clarify a mechanism suppressing expression of the heterogenous protein and increase the production amount of the protein by controlling the mechanism.

SOLUTION: A gene encoding the heterogenous protein is introduced into an yeast gene variant strain and a gene variant strain for strongly expressing the activity is searched. In the present invention, a gene suppressing expression of the heterogenous protein is identified.
