<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electronic component in which a manufacturing cost is reduced while enabling the sufficient absorption of a stress. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of metallic terminals 21 and 22 are abutted at both end sections of a capacitor element 2. Sections opposed to the surfaces of the terminal electrodes 11 and 12 of the capacitor element 2 extended from the base-end sides of the terminals 21 and 22 respectively are used as electrode opposed sections 21A and 22A. Sections near to the front-end sides of the terminals 21 and 22 in the electrode opposed sections 21A and 22A are used as joining sections 23 and 24 connected to the terminal electrodes 11 and 12 respectively. Openings S are formed among the sections near the base-end sides of the terminals 21 and 22 in the electrode opposed sections 21A and 22A and the terminal electrodes 11 and 12, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
