PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retainer clip for a connector contributing electromagnetic shield of an electronic device with a connector as one component composed therein. SOLUTION: A retainer clip 10 is composed of a rectangular base 11 having an opening 12 formed so as to receive a free end of one electric connector. A pair of lock tubs 13, 14 are integrally formed on the base 11, and partially protruded across one end of the opening 12 and engaged with a lock fitting of the other electric connector. A plurality of elastic finger pieces 15 capable of elastically deform are integrally formed so as to protrude upward from the base 11, and separated from proximity by means of narrow slots 16 and composed of first parts 17 and second parts (arc-shaped parts) 18. Each elastic finger piece 15 is able to move so as to allow one electric connector pass when each elastic finger piece 15 contacts with the surface of one electric connector.
