PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensitive tape for closing, sealing and adhering junctions especially in house constructions, especially junctions at corners and edges. SOLUTION: This pressure sensitive tape has a backing (1) on the upper side of the tape, an adhering cover (2) of the backing (1) on the under side of the tape, and a removable protective film (3) on the bottom side of the tape, wherein the protective film (3) has at least one first slit (11). At least one first folded part (4) is, in the crosswise direction, folded along a first folded edge (5) continuing in the longitudinal direction of the tape, and thereby, the first slit (11) extends to a different place from the first folded edge (5).
