PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient heating cooking device, which can heat foodstuffs without considering cooking conditions. SOLUTION: The induction heating cooking device comprises a heating coil 4 for heating a pan 2 storing the foodstuff, a control means 15 for controlling the heating coil, an infrared detecting element 17 for detecting the temperature of the pan, a pressure-sensitive conductive sheet 22 which is arranged on a top board 3 for placing the pan thereon, and detects the weight of the pan and the foodstuff, an operation means 16 capable of selecting one cooking menu among a plurality of cooking menus, and a memory means for memorizing each heating sequence at every cooking menu, the foodstuff is heated while permitting the output of the heating coil to be controlled in a plurality of steps on the basis of each heating sequence memorized in advance at every cooking menu, a detected temperature and a detected weight, thus making it possible to cook automatically and improving the convenience.
