PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect sound while suppressing unsteady noise signals and to enhance suppression performance regardless of the extent of a sound collection range. SOLUTION: A sound collection range setting section 25 sets a range for collecting sound. A speaker position detecting section 23 detects the position of a speaker based on the signals received by microphones 111-11Mand the positions of the microphones 111-11M. A filter coefficient setting section 24 collects sound if the detected position of the speaker falls within a sound collecting range set at the sound collection range setting section 25 otherwise calculates the filter coefficients to suppress the voice of the speaker. Calculated filter coefficients are copied to filter sections 211-21M. The filter sections 211-21Mfilter the signals received by the microphones 111-11M, respectively.
