PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bidirectional motion device, that is, a transmitting device generating speed difference by applying gears, and providing forward and backward motion by continuously expanding the speed difference. SOLUTION: Three central gears arranged on the same axis are shift gears of the uniform diameter, they respectively have the numbers of teeth different from each other by one, two sets or more planetary gears are placed on a wheel face of a fly wheel and engaged with pitch circles of the central gears, and the central gear intermediate in the number of teeth among three central gears is fixed. The planetary gears orbit the pitch circles of three central gears by the input from an outer circumference of the fly wheel, and are rotated around each central gear, the central gear having the number of teeth more than the other by one is retracted backward by a pitch of one tooth, the central gear having the number of teeth less than the other by one is advanced by the pitch of one tooth, the central gear having the teeth more than a raceway gear by one is rotated in the direction same as the planetary gear, the central gear having the teeth less than the raceway gear by one is rotated in the direction opposite to the planetary gear, and the fly wheel is operated one round. One of two central gears is operated forward and simultaneously the other is operated in backward on the basis of the phenomenon similar as the phenomenon that one of both ends through an intermediate support of a lever is oscillated forward and the other is oscillated backward.
