PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulb socket and its manufacturing method, whereby the number of components and the number of processes can be cut down. SOLUTION: A terminal 12 has a bulb connecting part 12A at one end and a connector connecting part 12B at the other end, and both connecting parts 12A, 12B are integrally coupled through a relay part 12C having a structure with lowered rigidity. A terminal inserting passage 15 is provided in a socket body 11, and a bent guide part 15A is provided on the hole wall of the terminal inserting passage 15 in the socket body 11. If the terminal 12 is inserted in the terminal inserting passage 15, The tip part of the connector connecting part 12B is guided by the bent guide part 15A so as to change its direction and fronts on the connector inserting opening 14A side.
