摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color-changeable pixel of optical interference display panel which enables a light reflection electrode to successfully restore to the original state after external force is removed by causing a tension generated on supports to counteract the external force when the external force is applied to the light reflection electrode. SOLUTION: Distribution density of supports and the spacing therebetween are adjusted and restoration property of a light reflection electrode of the color-changeable pixel is improved. When the spacing between the supports is reduced or the density of the supports is increased, the tension per unit area of the light reflection electrode increases. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
