PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite tube which can effectively, rationally be manufactured without using a masking tape, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the composite tube having a primer layer and a mold releasable resin layer laminated in this order on an outer surface of a metal tube comprises inserting a metal tube (1) into a supporter (9) having an inclination surface (3) having a base extending outward, coating the portion up to the upper end of the metal tube with a primer solution in this state, washing the supporter (9) and the lower portion (W) of the metal tube, drying the primer layer, coating the portion down to the primer coated layer with a mold releasing resin solution, washing the supporter and the lower portion (W) of the metal tube, drying the mold releasing resin layer, and removing the composite tube. The metal tube is exposed in one end of the composite tube, and a washing pattern of the co-existing primer and mold releasing resin is formed in the other end. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
