METHOD OF MANUFACTURING CHLOROPRENE TYPE GRAFT ADHESIVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polychloroprene type graft adhesive having an adjusted evaporating rate. SOLUTION: The drying rate of a chloroprene type graft adhesive composition can be controlled by producing the adhesive in a state of a solid content than those of conventional techniques and adding another solvent after graft polymerization. The evaporating rate of an organic solvent can be adjusted by graft-polymerizing polychloroprene with methyl methacrylate in a (mixed) organic solvent of a b.pt. or an azeotropic point of≥70°C under a condition of a solid content higher than those of conventional techniques and diluting with another organic solvent to obtain the adhesive.
