PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amorphous polyester resin composition which exhibits stable processability in extrusion molding, calendering, blow molding, especially, in extrusion molding and calendering of profile moldings, boards, pipes, etc., and gives moldings good in surface properties and transparency by efficiently increasing the melt viscosity of an amorphous polyester resin. SOLUTION: The amorphous polyester resin composition which exhibits stable processability in extrusion molding and gives moldings good in surface properties and transparency is obtained by formulating 100 pts.wt. amorphous polyester resin with 0.1 to 50 pts.wt. thickener used for amorphous polyester resin, having a weight-average molecular weight of 40,000 to 400,000, and obtained by polymerizing (a) 5 to below 15 pts.wt. epoxy-containing alkyl (meth)acrylate, (b) 0.1 to 90 pts.wt. another alkyl methacrylate, and (c) 5 to 95 pts.wt. aromatic vinyl monomer.
