Noise from an IC chip occurring during communication of an IC card is removed to eliminate adverse effect on operation of peripheral equipment. An IC card where a circuit board (10) on which an antenna pattern (1A) is formed and an IC chip (2) mounted thereon are sandwiched by a plurality of card composing sheets, wherein ferrite beads (11a, 11b) for absorbing/removing noise (unwanted radiation energy) entering the IC chip (2) and leaving therefrom are mounted on wiring parts (12a, 12b) connecting between the antenna pattern (1A) and the IC chip (2).
