There is provided a radar device capable of surely updating image data of one sweep rotation by forming an interpolation sweep between adjacent real sweeps regardless of the real sweep interval. According to a current real sweep direction and a previous sweep direction, a sweep direction generation section (12) generates a direction of the interpolation sweep interpolating between them and outputs it to a plot address generation section (7). A sweep data generation section (11) performs linear interpolation processing according to the isolation elimination data on the current real sweep data which has been read from a sweep memory (4) and the previous isolation elimination real sweep data which has been stored, generates interpolation sweep data between these real sweeps, and outputs it to an image memory (8). According to the real sweep direction and the interpolation sweep direction from the plot address generation section (7), an image memory (8) stores the isolation elimination real sweep data or the interpolation sweep data and outputs it to a display unit (9) according to raster scan.
