摘要 PURPOSE: A display device provided with a decode circuit for the gray level display is provided to set the gray level voltage with high accuracy by increasing the noise of the decode circuit without increasing the number of decode transistors. CONSTITUTION: A display device provided with a decode circuit for the gray level display includes a plurality of voltage nodes(N1-N64), a plurality of first signal lines(SL(i)), a plurality of second signal lines(ZSL(i)) and a decode circuit(70). The plurality of voltage nodes transmit the plurality of stepwise gray level voltages. The plurality of first signal lines transmit the digital signal of plurality of bits. The plurality of second signal lines are installed along a direction equal to that of the first signal lines to transmit the signal of plurality of bits. The decode circuit is provided with a plurality of decode paths(DP(1)-DP(64)) and a plurality of field effect transistors(T0-T5). The plurality of decode paths is formed between the plurality of voltage nodes and the output nodes to cross the first and the second signal lines. The plurality of field effect transistors are incorporated into the corresponding decode path.
