摘要 FIELD: mechanical engineering; scissor-type lifts. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed lift contains base, load platform, main and additional pairs of articulated lever mechanisms, two hinge-connected intersecting levers and electromechanical lever extension drive. Load platform in form of framework is formed by axially symmetrically mounted longitudinal and cross beams. Pairs of longitudinal beams are mounted in mirror-like manner, being made of channels with parallel webs. Middle longitudinal beams are relatively mated by braces of equal section members. Brackets with axles for hinge-connection of upper ends of oppositely mounted intersecting levers are secured on vertical webs of cross beams. Base is formed by three pairs of longitudinal beams and pair of cross beams connecting ends of longitudinal beams by means of gussets and welds, and are tied in middle part by plate. Lever extension drive is mounted on base plate. Some ends of wire ropes of wire rope-and-sheave system are connected by means of separate tensioning devices, and other ends of ropes are arranged with possibility of winding on/off on drums. Sheaves of wire rope-and-sheave system for displacement of lower ends of levers of additional pair of articulated of articulated lever mechanisms are secured on oppositely mounted beams of base framework forming inner pair. ^ EFFECT: increased load-lifting capacity, improved stability and useful area of upper load platform, reduced material usage, cost and facilitated servicing. ^ 22 cl, 16 dwg
