PURPOSE: A tube coupling is provided to prevent an O-ring from being separated by inserting a support ring to a combining surface formed at the lateral side of an annular mounting groove and accordingly to improve the manufacturing efficiency of a body having an O-ring support body. CONSTITUTION: A tube coupling(102) has an O-ring support body(130) mounted at a tube coupling body(114) and composed of an annular mounting groove(41) fitted with an O-ring(21), a support ring(35) for holding a portion of an outer peripheral surface of the O-ring inserted into the annular mounting groove, and a combining surface(36) disposed on one side of the annular mounting groove and fitted with the support ring. The tube coupling body having the O-ring support body is combined to an other tube coupling body(104) by screws to contact the O-ring inserted into the O-ring support body closely to the other tube coupling body.
