FIELD: construction engineering; repair jobs in industrial and civil engineering under action of aggressive media. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method may be used for production of sulfuric cement used as thermoplastic mastics for obtaining glossy surfaces or as binders in sulfuric cements. Production of base sulfuric cement containing commercial sulfur and finely ground mineral filler consists in grinding sulfur with filler to specific surface of no less than 2000 cm2/g at base ratio of sulfur to filler equal to 1:1.
