<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bipolar battery, a battery pack, and a composite battery pack that can insure insulation for withstanding high voltage, and to provide a vehicle using the battery pack or the composite battery pack. <P>SOLUTION: In the bipolar battery 1, the thickness of a boundary resin layer 23a is set to be at least the thickness of a tab. The boundary resin layer 23a is interposed between a tab 30 extracted from a battery element 10 to the outside of a laminated film 20 and a metal layer 21 of the laminated film 20.
