<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell capable of keeping each cell at high temperature, and of maintaining high-output power generation. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel cell 100 is provided with: a temperature-raising part 102 for heating a methanol aqueous solution supplied from a fuel tank 101; and a battery cell 103 having a first conductive film 106 supplied with the methanol aqueous solution heated by the temperature-raising part 102, an electrolyte film 107 and a second conductive film 108 supplied with air.
