PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and the system of calculating an effective battery power based on a state of a battery. SOLUTION: The calculating method of the battery effective power includes a stage of updating a charging voltage feedback factor based on the present battery voltage and the preset maximum charging voltage; a stage of calculating a charging equivalent resistance based on a charging current, a charging state, and charging equivalent resistance data; a stage of calculating a charging effective no-load voltage based on the charging current, the charging state, and the charging effective no-load voltage data; a stage of calculating the maximum charging current based on the charging equivalent resistance, the charging effective no-load voltage, and the preset maximum charging voltage; and a stage of calculating the effective charging power based on the maximum charging current, the updated charging voltage feedback factor, and the preset battery maximum current.
