PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus that can be made small and inexpensive. SOLUTION: This electronic apparatus has a first display element 21, a second display element 22 thinner than the first display element, information inputting means 101 arranged at areas adjacent to at least one display element between the first and second display elements to input particular information, and substrates 102 which are arranged at areas other than the area with the first display element arranged and where the second display element 2 and the information inputting means are mounted.
