PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the position control and attitude control for articles by lowering the lowering route of the articles in a moving route along an approximately vertical direction by using a simply formed link mechanism. SOLUTION: This device lifts a vehicle body M held by a support member 4 by vertically swinging a swing type link mechanism 3. The swing type link mechanism 3 comprises a first arm 13 having a fixed end vertically rotatably fitted to a carrying vehicle 1 through a horizontal pivot shaft 12, a second arm 14 having a fixed end rotatably supported at the loose end of the first arm 13 and having a support member 4 at the loose end thereof, and a third arm 15 rotatably connected to a specified position between the carrying vehicle 1 and the second arm 14. By rotating the second arm 14 in the opposite direction of the first arm 13 relative to the rotation of the first arm 13, the moving route Ld of the support member 4 can be positioned along the approximately vertical direction.
