PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easily and securely presenting a required event. SOLUTION: An event notification control unit 73 obtains integrated state history data in which event detecting states of a plurality of multi-sensor cameras are integrated, on the basis of state change notification received from the plurality of multi-sensor cameras, and the unit 73 determines whether the event should be notified to a user or not on the basis of a notification unnecessary table. The image data of an event for which notification is required are transmitted to a server 31, and an event presentation control unit 74 allows a presenting section to present the event. The evaluation of a user is inputted into a user input section 77 on the basis of this presentation. A processing mode selector 78 selects the optimum processing mode on the basis of the user's evaluation input information. This system is applicable to a monitoring system for home use.
