PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of specifying the place of a failure without performing measurement. SOLUTION: Power supply paths are respectively provided with display elements, for example, light emitting diodes LED 1 to LED 8, and when the power is supplied, all the light emitting diodes LED 1 to LED 8 are turned on. If a failure occurs resulting from a disconnection, etc., in a power supply path while the power is supplied, one of the light emitting diodes puts out itself.
