PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closed space transmitting apparatus which can stably receive in an entire closed space by improving a right receiving place modulus without being accompanied by various problems to receive an OFDM digital wave, such as a ground digital broadcasting wave, etc. of an ISDB-T type in a closed space surrounded by a radio wave reflector, such as an under ground town, a basement car park, etc. SOLUTION: The closed space transmitting apparatus includes an array antenna 300A having a plurality of antenna elements, a means 200 for distributing input signals into a plurality, a means for changing at least a position of an amplitude, a frequency, a phase and a delay time in a time at each signal distributed by its distributing means, and a means for inputting the signal obtained by the means for changing in the time to a plurality of the antenna elements, respectively.
