PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device in which a potential difference across contiguous output wiring even in a case of multiple gradations, and it is easy to detect a short circuit and leakage across the output wiring. SOLUTION: In the semiconductor device with a gradation voltage generation circuit 8 consisting of series resisters for forming gradation voltages for the number of gradations, the output wiring for a high gradation side half are alternately arranged between the output wiring for a low gradation side half of the gradation voltage generation circuit in ascending order of each voltage.
