PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in which schedule adjustment of attendees of a Karaoke using a server of the Internet may be difficult and a charge for music copyright has to be considered when the Karaoke is used jointly with voice chat. SOLUTION: A distribution means which distributes melody and lyrics of a tune is provided for the server on the Internet and at the same time a room-by-room stock tune control means which stocks designated tune is provided when a plurality of songs is designated. Moreover, a charging system is provided to charge a person who designates tune data and a repeating means is provided to distribute the tune data with no charge when the person who has designated the tune and paid the charge therefor, is going to sing the same tune.
