SIMPLE VERIFICATION DEVICE OF EXISTENCE OF RESISTIVITY AGAINST PHYTOTOXIC COMPONENT OF TEST GRASS BODY, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND SIMPLE VERIFICATION METHOD USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of verifying simply existence of resistivity of a plant against a phytotoxic component. SOLUTION: This simple verification device for determining the existence of the resistivity against the phytotoxic component of a test grass body is constituted of (1) a container having the capacity and the shape wherein the water depth has a prescribed height when adding a prescribed quantity of dilution water, capable of dipping the root part and stalk and leaf base parts of the test grass body into the added dilution water, and observing rooting from the test grass body, and (2) a prescribed quantity of the phytotoxic component and culture medium salts necessary for rooting of the test grass body, which are stuck respectively in the dried state to positions dissolved by adding the dilution water on the wall of the container, so that a solution including the phytotoxic component and the culture medium salts having respectively a prescribed concentration is prepared by adding the prescribed quantity of the dilution water into the container.
