PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed water controller and a feed water control method for an ice making vessel capable of regulating a feed water amount to supply the accurate amount of water to the ice making vessel. SOLUTION: This feed water controller/feed water control method includes a step for supplying the water to the ice making vessel during a set time, a step for judging whether the proper volume of water is supplied to the ice making vessel after the lapse of the set time or not, and a step for resetting the set time based on preliminarily set water supply information, when the proper volume of water is not supplied to the ice making vessel.
