PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pull-out device capable of surely pulling out a buried article from a ground by a simple structure. SOLUTION: Excavating edges in the peripheral region of the underground buried article are installed to the front-end sides of cylindrical bodies 11. Supporters 21 mounted on the cylindrical bodies 11 in a relatively rockable manner are positioned at refuge places when the bodies 11 are penetrated into the ground so as to surround the buried article while being rotated in one direction, and displaced towards the insides of the bodies 11 from the refuge places at an earth pressure when the bodies 11 are pulled up from the ground while being turned in the other direction. The buried article supported by the supporters 21 is pulled out from the ground by pulling up the bodies 11. Receiving sections 24 for the earth pressure are secured to the supporters 21. The arrangements of the receiving sections 24 to the centers of the rockings of the supporters 21 are determined so that a moment displacing the supporters 21 towards the insides of the bodies 11 is generated when the bodies 11 are pulled up from the ground.
