PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding seat capable of reducing a thickness of a seat cushion itself. SOLUTION: In this folding seat 1, a first link part 10 starts turning through a second link part 14 by turning down a seat back 2, and thereby an upper seat cushion frame 6 sinkingly moves toward a lower seat cushion frame 5. Thus, a space between the upper seat cushion frame 6 and the lower seat cushion frame 5 can be narrowed while turning down the seat back 2.
