PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemicals spraying apparatus easily usable even in a narrow space without using a particular power source. SOLUTION: The spraying apparatus is provided with a machine frame 1 having an operation handle 2 at the top and a pair of rolling wheels 3 at the bottom. The machine frame 1 supports a chemicals tank 11 holding a chemical, a constant rate delivery device 12 to intermittently deliver the chemicals from the chemicals tank 11 at constant quantities, and a spraying hose 13 to transfer the chemicals delivered by the constant rate delivery device 12 to the tip end of the machine frame 1 and spray the chemicals to a field G. The chemicals are sprayed on the field G according to the dragging or pushing motion of the body 1 by transmitting the rotation of the rolling wheel 3 to the constant rate delivery device 12 through pulleys 18, 17 and a belt 19.
