PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roasting machine having a simple structure for efficiently and homogeneously heating and roasting beans, chestnuts, tea leaves, herbs, peanuts, seeds and the like into cores of them in home, a small scale coffee shop or the like, or tastingly roasting a small amount with sufficient flavor anytime, anywhere, simply and cleanly with preventing uneven roasting and one sided baking, and suppressing generation of smoke at a low temperature. SOLUTION: The roasting machine is compact and has a dual structure comprising an outer metallic vessel and an inner meshed metallic vessel installed to the outer vessel without contacting to the vessel with a space, and can homogeneously heat and efficiently roast into cores at the low temperature by air circulation and heat insurance layer to prevent thermal buffering, and by enclosing the inner vessel with radiant heat. The roasting machine has an opening made on the narrowed top of the inner meshed metallic vessel. The opening serves as an inlet and an outlet for putting the raw material such as coffee beans or the like and as a roasting degree-confirming opening for directly confirming degree of roasting.
