PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem such that the insertion of an electronic circuit implanted in an animal body, so-called a microchip and a cell collection for DNA analysis, etc., are performed independently without any relationship. SOLUTION: This insertion device is provided by devising and processing the insertion device as capable of performing the insertion of the microchip into the animal body and collection of the animal cells simultaneously by installing a cell-collecting function.
